Naheed Kauser Hossain
Naheed was trained in medicine in Bangladesh and subsequently immigrated to Canada in 1993. She entered the sleep field and has worked in various capacities within the discipline for over 25 years, managing the Sleep Research Laboratory at the Toronto Western Hospital for over two decades. For the last twenty years she has coordinated numerous clinical trials in multiple disciplines including depression, autism, tourette's syndrome, narcolepsy, sleep apnea and insomnia. Naheed also works as a Physician Assistant at the International Sleep Clinic and Sleep on the Bay Clinic. She teaches a course on Polysomnography organised at the Sleep & Alertness Clinic.
